At Responsive Care, we use the Caregiver Burnout Scale to help our community identify when it’s time to lean on others. Take a look at the stages below:
🟢 Balanced: Feeling capable and rested.
🔵 Strained: Tired, but managing.
🟡 Stressed: Irritability and sleep loss are setting in.
🔴 Burnout: Feeling overwhelmed or numb.
If you find yourself in the yellow or red zones, remember: asking for help isn’t a sign of weakness; it’s a sign of strength. We’re here to provide the support you need to get back to Level 01. 🤝
