✨ Wellness Wednesday Tip ✨
Wellbeing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Here are a few simple ways to give yourself a midweek reset:
🌿 Step outside — even 5 minutes of fresh air can shift your mood.
☕ Take a mindful break — no screens, just breathe.
💬 Check in with someone — connection matters.

Your wellbeing matters, every day. 💙

Today is World Values Day, a moment to pause and reflect on the values that bring us together as a community.

At Mind in Harrow, our values guide everything we do — from the way we support people to how we work with our community.

✨ Compassion, respect, and connection are at the heart of our work.

We’d love to know: What values matter most to you? Share in the comments 💬

It’s Wellness Wednesday 💙
Take a moment to pause, breathe, and check in with yourself today. Wellness doesn’t have to be big or complicated — it can be as simple as stepping outside for fresh air, making time for a chat, or slowing down for a moment.

✨ What small act of self-care are you making space for today?
