This week, residents at Blackwell Care Home enjoyed a lovely Knit and Natter session. The group spent time knitting, chatting and sharing plenty of laughs together. Knitting is a great way to stimulate cognition in a calm, relaxing environment. It helps keep hands moving, supports focus and memory, and offers a gentle activity that’s both calming and enjoyable. 🧶💛
