Relax into the comfort of our reclining chairs and be soothed with Reiki and a gentle guided visualisation meditation.
Bathe in the soft sounds of the shamanic drum and wind gong, allowing the hum and healing energy to flow through you.

While you rest in this peaceful state, youโ€™ll receive a calming soothing head massage, followed by a beautiful healing circle to close the session.

๐Ÿค—๐Ÿ’›Itโ€™s hard to believe itโ€™s already been six months since starting this journey private. Watching the growth expand even more into something so full of warmth, connection, and pure heart.

๐Ÿ’›One of the most heart warming parts of this journey is having my daughter working alongside me. Thereโ€™s something deeply comforting and grounding about sharing this path with herโ€”seeing her light, her compassion, and her natural ability to hold space for others. It fills me with a warmth I struggle to put into words.

๐Ÿ’›The support, the community, the way people gather with such opennessโ€ฆ itโ€™s truly something special. Thereโ€™s a flow of love and energy that we all create together in these sessions, something that goes beyond anything I could have imagined.

A range of chargeable holistic and complementary therapies, activities and events are available via the Hartlepool Holistic Wellbeing Centre, this is an income generation stream for Alice House Hospice.
