Here is the final batch of photos from our Easter HAF Day 2!

What an incredible day it was! We met lots of amazing bugs and our gorgeous Easter bunny, got stuck into some creative crafts, enjoyed plenty of games, made some healthy snacks and even squeezed in a fabulous fashion show!

It's the not the first time PCSO Graeme Handley has tried to hold onto a slippery character!! 🐍 😂

Graeme and PCSO Callum Thompson joined Pets4People at their community engagement event at The Salaam Centre in Hartlepool over the Easter Holidays. 🐇 🦔 🐈‍⬛ 🦮

Pets4People use animal assisted support and therapy to break down barriers, offer comfort and promote wellbeing, and often take part in community events at The Salaam Centre.

The PCSOs had a fabulous - and scary🐍- time at the event, meeting everyone and chatting about community issues.

Honestly can't believe how much work we got done! Teamwork definitely does make the dream work 💙 Big shout out to superstars Helen, Sophie and also Sami from Pets4People who came along and worked very very hard, along with Dawn, Tracie and Sam. We're back there tomorrow, pop along and give us a hand, we'd totally appreciate it 😊😊.

Throwback to Easter HAF Day 2 last week! What a fantastic time we had!

From meeting snails, cockroaches, millipedes and rabbits, to getting creative with crafts, taking part in a fun-filled fashion show, and enjoying plenty of games - we all had a fantastic time!

The first lot of photos from Easter HAF Day 2 are here! 🐰

What an amazing day we had! We met bugs and rabbits, made some healthy treats for them and ourselves, got creative with crafts to make our own bugs and rabbits, enjoyed lots of games, and finished the day in style with a fantastic fashion show!

Last week we enjoyed a fantastic trip to the farm! We got stuck in with poo picking, clipped the chickens’ wings so they could safely free-roam, tidied the muck heap, and spent time playing with the adorable goat kids (and Keith the sheep, of course!). We even managed to squeeze in some relaxing goat-guided meditation - which allowed us to re-kid-nect with ourselves 👀

A huge thank you to Jo from Hoofprints Community Interest Company for welcoming us and giving us such a memorable day with all the amazing animals!

A final throwback to last week's Easter HAF, before we start sharing all the fun from this week! 🫣✨

Last week we met snakes, lizards, bugs, and rabbits - learning how to handle them safely and care for them properly. The children even made some delicious fruit kebab treats for the rabbits! 🐰🍓

After our animal-assisted activities, we got creative with Easter bonnet making and finished off the day with lots of games and laughter.

We still can’t get over how much fun we had - from animal handling and learning, to Easter crafts and plenty of games, it really was such a fun day!

Now it's just a few days until we get to do it all over again 🙌
