Valentines Day Special ❤️
Myself & Jenny wanted to offer something a little different for your Valentine’s Day morning. An opportunity to give yourself a little bit of the love that you give out to others & a thank you from us for keeping our classes full to the brim & our hearts full ✨✨
8.30am - 1 hour practice. 40 mins Yogalates into 20 min sound bath ✨
9.30am - 45 mins our usual Hot Sculpt fav class of the week with a self love theme ❤️
10.30am - 1 hour 15 mins, Yin Yang yoga flow, flowing straight into sound-bath heaven 😍
Please note these classes are at no extra cost ✨

The Studio 21 Summer Retreat ☀️
After our first beautiful retreat last year we couldn’t go a year without hosting another memorable 2 days. Hosted by Phoebe, Jenny, Lisa & Mama Margy is our Peak District Summer retreat. Picture this indoor swimming, evening sound baths, energising morning yoga followed by a dip In the hot tub, sunshine walks & a gorgeous group of women. Our ladies only retreat will end your summer on the biggest high 🙌
Booking will open via the booking system (link will be posted) on Thursday morning at 9am. You will need to pay a £75 non-refundable deposit to reserve your space. If you have any questions in the meantime please do send us a message ✨
We put our heart & souls into all we do and this will be no different. We can’t wait 🙌

We have updated some of our policies so that everyone in the studio has the best chance possible of getting on their favourite classes with plenty of notice. Please respect this new policy in order to avoid any cancellation fees ✨

CHRISTMAS MINI RETREAT ✨
