The movements are slow and simple, making them suitable for beginners and anyone looking to improve their health and wellbeing.

We are living longer than ever — but not always healthier.

Many of the people who come to my classes arrive feeling stressed, stiff, tired, or overwhelmed. Through Tai Chi, Qigong, and meditation we work gently with the body and mind to restore balance, relaxation, and strength.

These are simple, time-tested practices from the Far East that help people move better, breathe deeper, and feel calmer.

Through Facebook I teach Tai Chi, Qigong, and meditation.
Now I’ve started a Twitch channel — a calm space with no drama, just somewhere to relax and unwind.

It can be a day to reset.
A day to clear the system.
A day to return to stillness.

So this Monday, I’m running a full day of sessions to help you start your week grounded:

🌅 30 Minute Morning Reset (7:30am – Free, Teams)
Gentle movement, breathing, and relaxation to clear the body and mind.

🧘 30 Minute Evening Meditation (7:00pm – Free, Zoom)
Learn how to be still, calm the mind, and reconnect with yourself.

🌊 40 Minute Tai Chi Flow (7:35pm – Zoom, £4)
Move like water, build coordination, and strengthen the body.

Over time, I’ve been trying to create spaces where people can slow down, breathe, and find a bit of calm.

Through my classes, YouTube, and writing, I do my best to help people feel a little better — physically, mentally, and spiritually.

I’ve decided to try something new alongside this.

I’m going to start doing some live streams.

Not as a class or anything structured, but simply as a place to relax together. A bit of quiet, some light conversation, and even a few games — just something gentle and easy to be part of.

No pressure, no expectations.
