The kids are off, and the weather’s warming up — a perfect time to reset.

Take an hour for yourself this week to relax, recharge, and move gently through simple Qigong and mindful exercises.

I wrote this to help people who struggle to switch off, slow down, or find a bit of peace in their day.

It’s the same simple approach I use in my classes — focusing on relaxing the body, calming the mind, and developing stillness step by step.
