I’m starting a new Tai Chi class from 24th February at the beautiful Hornby Park.

Tai chi is a gentle, flowing practice that helps improve balance, coordination, mobility, and relaxation — suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

🕚 Time: 11:00 – 12:00
📍 Location: Hornby Park
