Feeling tense, tired, or carrying stress in your body?
Tomorrow we will be practicing Qigong, a gentle system of movement, breathing, and meditation designed to relax the body and calm the mind.
The movements are slow and simple, making them suitable for beginners and anyone looking to improve their health and wellbeing.
