This Thursday will be the last ManHealth ever. It will be the last Pools4life too. Since we started under Andy's Man Club in 2017, we have been privileged to see so many men walk through our door and see light at the end of the tunnel. I thank every single man who ever came to a Andy's Man Club Hartlepool, or ManHealth session. Without you we would never have been able to make such a difference in so many lives. We have always been a peer to peer support group. To see guys from all generations and backgrounds, come together to support and help each other has been amazing. What started out as Andy's Man Club Hartlepool has grown across the North East into so many different places. We thank the Annexe too for hosting us when we couldn't meet At Hartlepool United FC, and for the clubs continued support over the years.

Thank you again it's been an honour, support is still out there, Andy's Man Club meet at the rugby club on Mondays at 7, and the Salaam Centre and Annexe still run mens groups through the week.

The world is always a better place with you in it. No trouble or issue is unworkable. Your precious and special.

As volunteers week draws to the end.

I would just like to thank the volunteers who started Andy's Man Club Hartlepool and helped build it from one club to many across the North East. I also want to thank those who have helped us switch to ManHealth. Who serve their fellow men week after week, making a massive difference in so many lives.

To Bob, Stephen, Richard, you are absolute legends for your help and support. I don't think you will ever know the full difference you have made in so many lives.

To Iain, thank you for all your help and support. For the work you put in, and the work you still do.

This Thursday marks the 1 year anniversary of ManHealth Hartlepool. Before the switch we were heading up Andy's Man Club Hartlepool from its beginning in Oct 2017. 2 great organisations with slightly different emphasis on helping men who are struggling with a wide range of issues.

If you need a space to talk and be listened to, check out Andy's Man Club. Monday's 7pm Hartlepool rugby club.

If you would like something a bit more practical and still have space to open and share, come to ManHealth, Hartlepool United FC, Centenary Lounge, 6:30pm

Both services are free and offer free refreshments :)

Due to an event being held at Hartlepool United FC tonight, the session of ManHealth will be unable to go ahead.

Many Gothamites in this Batman community and around the world struggle with mental health issues, such as anxiety and depression, that can make their personal universe even more difficult to handle. Provides a safe and supportive space to connect with others. Peer-led support meetings every Tuesday at 6pm. The meetings are a confidential and welcoming space for women to share and receive support.
