FYI - Why I smile inside when I hear your tummy rumble during your treatment 🦶
Those rumblings are indicating that your rest and digest system is switching on!
It’s a sign that your body is dropping out of fight or flight mode into relaxation - where balancing can actually happen 💚
So if your tummy starts to rumble during your treatment, don’t apologise as your parasympathetic nervous system is saying “Ahh I’m safe now!”
And, yes I’m pleased as your therapist that my reflexology treatment is doing its magic ✨
