Not the best start to the new year. Apologies but out phones are not working as they should and we are losing calls regularly. If it can wait we would suggest trying at a later time / day or if possible call into the surgery.
In addition the car park will remain closed with access available from the road outside and walking onto site.

Dear Patients,
This year seems to have gone too fast and we are approaching Christmas. It brought new opportunities for our practice and few challenges as well. We at West View Millennium Surgery, are always looking for ways to improve the care and services we offer to our patients. That’s why we’re excited to invite you to become a member of our Patient Participation Group (PPG)!
As a member of the PPG, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Share your ideas, experiences, and feedback about our services.
Help shape the way we provide care to our community.
Work with our staff to improve patient experience and outcomes.
Stay informed about upcoming changes, services, and health initiatives.
At our practice, we need patients just like you and believe that your voice can make a real difference. We are looking at setting up a virtual group with meeting face to face as well in the future. Additionally to support the group we are also looking for patients who have with their grit, strength and will made a difference to their physical/mental health/Both and would be willing to share their journey with others. They will be role models and ambassadors of creating a positive outlook to look at health and well being and how to overcome barriers to achieve that. They can share as much or as little about their journey with others, who may benefit from their experience.

Just wanted to big-up Millennium Surgery. 👏
The reception staff are really friendly and seem to understand, far cry from my last doctors.

It must be an awful job being a receptionist and this practice deserves a big thank you.

It isn't hard to speak nice, it might really brighten the other persons day.

For eligible patients we have started booking our flu and covid vaccination clinics. Please watch for your texts to book your own appointments. Booking your own will keep our phone lines free for other queries, however for patients who dont have the technology to do this then we would encourage you to call during less busy periods, 10 - 12 and 3-6.

Clinics will commence once the vaccination season starts on 1st October. We are currently booking 1st, 2nd 4th and 11th of October.

Be aware that there is a change to the covid vaccines this winter For autumn 2025, COVID-19 vaccination will be offered to:

adults aged 75 years and over
residents in care homes for older adults
individuals who are immunosuppressed aged 6 months and over
