From October to March we can’t make enough vitamin D from sunlight, so to keep bones and muscles healthy, it’s best to take a daily 10 microgram supplement of vitamin D. You can get vitamin D from most pharmacies and retailers.

UPDATE: 15:00 - Our phones are now ringing and we are answering calls as quick as we can. Its not 100% as we are not sure the queue is working but hopefully it will be fully functional very soon.
We Thank you all for you patience.

UPDATE 13:15. This is a large issue with a water damage at an exchange that is having issues right across the area. We have no idea of a timescale for repair at this time. Our main line is diverted to a mobile and the prescription line will be too. Please be aware we can only answer one call at a time. If your call isn't important and can wait, please ring later in the week. We are open so if you need help you may need to attend the surgery.

UPDATE 9:46 : Lines are diverted to a mobile. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE WE CANNOT RETRIEVE THEM!. Also be patient as we can only answer one call at a time. We are awaiting an engineer at present so are unsure of timescales.

We have opened up and have no phone lines. Please be patient whilst it's repaired. If you need an appointment please call later or call into the surgery to arrange.
