DAY 2 – TARGET: 75 PUSH-UPS 💪
Day 2 and today’s target is 75 push-ups — because over 75% of lifelong mental health conditions develop before the age of 25.
Now… let’s talk about the real stars of the show ⭐️
Barry & Dougie have decided they are officially part of the challenge.
Yesterday they “supported”. Today they fully committed — hovering mid-rep, invading personal space, and offering unsolicited encouragement at point-blank range 🤣
Honestly, if push-ups weren’t hard enough already…
Josh eventually arrived (fashionably late, obviously) and then casually smashed an extra 25 like it was nothing. No warm-up. No drama. Just chill. 🙄
As much as we’ve laughed our way through this, today’s message really matters.
Most mental health challenges begin early in life, and recognising them early can make a huge difference — helping prevent difficulties from deepening and supporting healthier, more resilient futures.
