Inversions!

They can look a bit *scary* at first, but please don’t be put off! Most of our yogis LOVE being upside-down and the benefits are huge. You may think us teachers are crazy for asking you do some of the things we do, but it’s all for your little ones benefit ☺️

Did you know that inversions are responsible for the following effects on the body? 👇🏼

✨ The brain receives a fresh supply of oxygenated blood to help with cell growth, overall strength and immunity
✨ Helps to flush away toxins
✨Emotional wellbeing is supported by toning and taking care of the spinal column
✨ Good for the entire nervous system and the senses
✨ Releases tension and increases circulation and energy levels
✨ Helps encourage deeper sleep

All this from being upside down!? 🤯

And of course the main thing is…it’s lots of fun!!! 😆
