The tickleasaurus was on great form this morning...and he wasn't the only one!! We got so much into an hour - we looked at the life cycle of a frog and how our whole brain can work as a team to handle big feelings. We went on a yoga adventure to a stinky swamp and admistered first aid and did a great core, legs and glutes workout. The kids had a story, crafts and singing and the grownups gave themselves a massage!

Endless enthusiasm, a vivid imagination and total zest for life fuelled by story telling, our magical world and tonnes and tonnes of love. My little yoga star made lots of people happy walking like an Egyptian at the British Museum, and really embodied his inner pharaoh!
