We live in a world obsessed with the appearance of progress. Looking successful has somehow become more valuable than actually building something meaningful.

As this chapter of my business comes to a close, I’m reminded that the moments that mattered most were never the ones anyone saw. They were the quiet, unseen ones that no one clapped for.

Big respect to everyone who laced up and got it done. The medal looks great.
but the stairs look like a terrible idea today.

I am done explaining to every runner why strength matters. Every time an injury client limps in I think I need to put something out there to help. So here it is.
Online coaching for runners. A twelve week strength and mobility programme with injury prevention strategies and plyometric drills that carry over to your stride. Two short gym sessions each week, clear videos, simple progressions, and real accountability.
The secret is simple. Be consistent and get a little supervision. Do the work every week and you will feel the difference on the road and on race day.

It’s not just about new places, but new perspectives, the moments where you realise how big the world really is, and how small your daily worries can feel.

Sometimes the most valuable souvenirs aren’t things you bring back, but lessons you carry forward.
