As this chapter of my business comes to a close, I’m reminded that the moments that mattered most were never the ones anyone saw. They were the quiet, unseen ones that no one clapped for.

A new chapter is coming. Different place, same purpose. Same discipline. Same intention.

Your life won’t change because people saw you trying. It will change because you kept showing up when nobody was watching.

🏃‍♂️ Well done for everyone completing the Harwich half marathon 🥇

Big respect to everyone who laced up and got it done. The medal looks great.
but the stairs look like a terrible idea today.

I am done explaining to every runner why strength matters. Every time an injury client limps in I think I need to put something out there to help. So here it is.
Online coaching for runners. A twelve week strength and mobility programme with injury prevention strategies and plyometric drills that carry over to your stride. Two short gym sessions each week, clear videos, simple progressions, and real accountability.
The secret is simple. Be consistent and get a little supervision. Do the work every week and you will feel the difference on the road and on race day.
