Feeling so much gratitude after yesterdays morning beautiful ceremony with Ginny Horton Animal Communicator ✨
She guided everyone through the most powerful meditation......gently inviting us to release anything we’ve been carrying that no longer serves our path. You could feel the shift in the room…..

I opened the space with with a sound journey....The energy was tender, honest, and deeply moving......
It’s an honour to hold space like this.....To witness people letting go.... To feel the courage it takes to choose yourself again and again....

As the overtones unfold, they create a sonic landscape that supports meditation effortlessly. There’s nothing you need to do.....nowhere you need to go.... Simply lie down, receive, and allow your whole system to unwind.....

Awww...Tonight felt really special.... I held space for 15 beautiful souls (with just one cancellation),....and it was my first time sharing the wind gong in a group setting.....The response was incredible.
The wind gong has such a gentle yet powerful way of moving through the body ....clearing, softening, and settling the nervous system. ....🥰..Everyone left feeling deeply rested and relaxed...🙏🏼.. and I’m sitting here now feeling exactly the same....thankyou 😘
I always feel this deep sense of gratitude after a sound meditation.... Grateful for the people who show up, for the trust that’s placed in me, and for the way sound continues to work its quiet magic not just for others, but for me too.....
This work never drains me.... It nourishes me... And nights like this remind me why I keep coming back to it. 💛

Omfg.... this might not be of interest to some folk.. an im pretty sure ive been annoying everyone at work waiting for this... BUT... my new 40" Wind Life Gong arrived today after a few issues with delivery... … and I am completely in awe.... 😲
After unboxing her...I hung her up and simply sat in stillness for a few moments.. She carries a strong female energy... ♀️... there was no mistaking it.... When I gently played her for the first time.., the vibrations.…overtones and surround sound filled the space 😲 and I burst into tears..... 😭
I am so deeply grateful to everyone who has supported these sound journeys.... I wouldn’t be able to invest in instruments like this without you (and a little help from Klarna).... 🥰🙏🏼
I can’t wait to bring her to life on the 25th and weave her into future meditations along with mr chau an baby wind ✨... its a real blooming blessing to be able to live my dream.... 😘

Cor....Feeling bonza this evening....
What a beautiful Midwinter Rest & Turning of the Wheel sound meditation it was.....
✨ 19 booked on, 19 souls arrived ✨
Thank you for embracing the cold, wrapping yourselves up cosy and warm, and giving yourselves permission to rest, soften, and simply be.....🥰 The shamanic energy in the space was powerful and gentle all at once.....

These journeys mean so much to me..... I don’t just arrive, play for an hour, and leave..... I spend the day grounding, preparing, writing a meditation, and feeling into which sounds want to be woven together..... And then, when we gather, everything unfolds intuitively… the drums, the gongs, the bowls, even the vocals.... all guided in the moment.....
Thank you for showing up for yourselves....
For choosing stillness, reflection, and deep rest.
And for sharing that space with me..... because these journeys are healing for me too.....😘
