Join me for a calming sound meditation as we unwind at the end of the weekend and prepare our energy for the new week to come.....
Sink into stillness with the soft, soothing tones of the crystal bowls and the deep, grounding overtones of the gongs, with other healing sounds gently woven throughout the session......

Please bring a yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on, and wrap up cosy so you can fully relax into the experience...... 🧘‍♀️
We’ll finish with the offer of refreshments to ease you back into your evening......

After taking nearly a year’s break… and honestly, it felt incredible to be back......The space, the energy, the stillness ......it all came together so beautifully.....

There were a few last-minute cancellations, but the ones who turned up were truly meant to be there.....The room felt so peaceful, and I’m filled with gratitude for everyone who made time for themselves to rest and reset..... Thank you for allowing me to guide you.....🥰🙏🏼

I’m absolutely loving the new venue, and I’m excited to say I’ll be holding these sessions fortnightly from the 11th of January....

But my next soundbath will be Sunday the 14th of December, so if you feel the call to come and sink into some deep relaxation, you’re more than welcome. 🌙✨

Jessin Hood with be taking you all on a beautiful guided meditation and drumming sound journey...

On the 6th of December, we gather for a longer journey into the heart of winter. Jessin hood will guide us into the Cailleach’s cave — the ancient womb of stone where storms are born and all things return to rest. Wrapped in Nicky’s Reverberating stillness live sound, we’ll slip into the hush of deep seasonal magic, a place of renewal, dreaming and quiet transformation. Afterwards, we’ll come together for gentle group drumming to awaken the inner ember the Cailleach leaves with us. Step into the myth and let the dark months hold you.

Hey loves.... 🥰🙏🏼
It’s been a little while since I held my own sound meditations, and I’ve been really feeling the call to bring them back...... The last session I offered was in the beautiful church ....the acoustics were incredible and so many of you told me how deeply you relaxed there...however with the colder months settling in, it’s simply far too chilly in that space to get everyone truly comfortable, even with the heating on.....🥶

The good news is… I’ve found a couple of lovely alternative venues that are a bit warmer, cosy, and perfect for gong and crystal bowl journeys.... Before I take the next step.., I’d love to get a sense of what would work best for everyone....

My truth ....!!!!
Yesterday’s Witch Market was just magical… the people....the energy,...the traders ....all so warm and welcoming....I’m still buzzing with gratitude....I honestly can’t believe how many of you connected with my handmade creations and took a little piece of my craft home with you 🖤 from The Hobbits Hollow .. 🍄

It was so lovely seeing so many familiar faces too ....and hearing how much you’ve missed my sound meditations truly touched my heart.... I feel grounded...inspired, and ready to return to offering sound once again....

So thank you, each and every one of you, for the kindness....love and encouragement.....🥰🙏🏼.....

✨ Spirit Animal Sound Journey ✨

Feeling deeply grateful for today’s gathering with Ginny , a circle of sound,...warmth...and connection... We met on the farm by the fire.. shared nourishing soup....and journeyed through Ginny’s beautiful meditation to meet our Spirit Animals and honour the Earth..... Thankyou to all that came an made it possible....my heart is full....🥰🙏🏼🌳🔥✨️🪶💚
