I just want to be really clear about what I offer…
I’m not here to claim I heal anyone or dive into anything too “woowoo.”
I’m a sound maker..... 🤘🏼🧘‍♀️🪘🪶

I create a space using gongs....Crystal & Tibetan bowls and shamanic drumming…...
A space where the noise in your mind can soften & quiet..... that noisy monkey chatter ...

What happens in that space?... 🤔
That’s entirely yours......
Some people drift deeply into relaxation…
Some feel re-energised…..
Some find a quiet clarity they didn’t realise they needed......
There’s no expectation..... No pressure.
Just sound, vibration, and space to be....

So grateful for those who came out for themselves last night to just slow down an be in stillness..🧘‍♀️...
It was lush being back at my favourite venue.... the dim warm lights an the shimmer from the gongs create such a beautiful atmosphere.....

Together, we’ll drop into a deeply restorative sound journey, guided by the resonant tones of gongs, crystal & Tibetan bowls, ocean drum...and shamanic drumming..... Let the layers of sound gently wash over you..., helping to quiet the mind, release tension, and guide you into a space of deep rest and inner stillness.....

This is an intimate and nurturing experience, where you’ll be held in a small circle, allowing for a deeper connection to yourself and the energy of the group.....
We’ll gently return and close the evening with light refreshments, giving you time to ground, reflect, and simply be........

I have three beautiful offerings at the end of April, each with its own unique energy......

A small beautiful venue ...in old harwich...intimate gathering… gentle, grounding, and deeply restorative......
A space to unwind, release, and simply be held in sound.......

🪶 Saturday (25th April)– Meet Your Spirit Animal (Early Morning, Great Bentley) only a couple of spaces left....
A sacred, guided journey with the wonderful Ginny Horton Animal Communicator ....
Sound, meditation, and intention, you’ll be invited to connect with your spirit guide and receive whatever wisdom wishes to come through.....

Sunday the 29th of March 7pm start , 60 minutes of deep nourishing healing sounds....

Join me for a calming sound meditation as we unwind at the end of the weekend and prepare our energy for the new week to come.....
Sink into stillness with the soft, soothing tones of the crystal bowls and the deep, grounding overtones of the gongs, with other healing sounds gently woven throughout the session......

Please bring a yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on, and wrap up cosy & warm so you can fully relax into the experience...... 🧘‍♀️
We’ll finish with the offer of refreshments to ease you back into your evening......

Omfg.... this might not be of interest to some folk.. an im pretty sure ive been annoying everyone at work waiting for this... BUT... my new 40" Wind Life Gong arrived today after a few issues with delivery... … and I am completely in awe.... 😲
After unboxing her...I hung her up and simply sat in stillness for a few moments.. She carries a strong female energy... ♀️... there was no mistaking it.... When I gently played her for the first time.., the vibrations.…overtones and surround sound filled the space 😲 and I burst into tears..... 😭
I am so deeply grateful to everyone who has supported these sound journeys.... I wouldn’t be able to invest in instruments like this without you (and a little help from Klarna).... 🥰🙏🏼
I can’t wait to bring her to life on the 25th and weave her into future meditations along with mr chau an baby wind ✨... its a real blooming blessing to be able to live my dream.... 😘
