I am running Reiki Drum Meditation at The Lifehouse Spa and Hotel at 9am on Thursdays, a great way to start the day. If an early morning 'Jumanji' isn't your thing, there is a normal meditation at 12.30pm on Thursdays and Saturdays. I also offer Reiki and Healing & Balance sessions on both days.

It's good to be back at The Lifehouse Spa and Hotel running meditations on Thursdays and Saturdays and seeing lovely clients for Reiki treatments too. Almost feeling normal. The gardens and grounds are just beautiful.

Congratulations to Kirsten Burgoine who completed her Second Degree, Reiki 2, with me on Saturday. We had a lovely day together, sending out Distant Healing, working with the Reiki symbols, sharing knowledge, raising the energy ion the cottage, and enjoying each other's company.

After a few weeks down time, I am starting back at the lovely Hospice next Monday and at the Lifehouse Spa on Wednesday, in addition to some lovely new Reiki & Reflexology clients in Harwich.

I am delighted to have this year joined the team of Reiki teachers for Reiki Evolution and look forward to my first weekend hosting Reiki 1 at my home as part of this fantastic group. There is a Pamper and Sparkle event, in aid of St. Helena Hospice, at the Lifehouse Spa and Hotel in Thorpe-le-Soken on Saturday 10th November from 10am to 4pm, and I will be running a free workshop on Reiki from 12 noon for about an hour.
