Dear patients,
We apologise that our digital platform askmyGP is currently down. This is an issue affecting many practices and it is being worked on. Unfortunately we are unable to assist you through this system at the moment but our team are available by phone and at our front desk if you have an urgent medical issue that needs attention today.
Any patients that have an outstanding request in askmyGP we will get to you as soon as we can or if you have an urgent issue please contact us by phone.
Again we are sorry for the inconvenience and will keep you updated as we know more.

Walk-in flu vaccination clinic taking place now at the surgery. Our team will be here until 1pm today and all eligible patients welcome.

Walk in flu vaccination clinic available this Saturday 18th October 2025, 9am to 1pm in the surgery for all eligible patients. Or contact the surgery via askmyGP or by calling our flu vaccination line 01255 442209 to arrange an appointment.

Urgent care dental appointments are available 7 days a week, including evenings, for both adults and children in Suffolk and north east Essex.

If you need fillings or have dental problems such as pain, infected teeth or gums, broken fillings or crowns, or any other urgent dental care need, please contact NHS 111 to access treatment.
