I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (MAR), the Complementary Therapists Association (mCThA) and the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists (MARR). Reflexology is a non-intrusive complementary health therapy, based on the theory that different points of the feet correspond with different areas of the body. Each treatment is individually tailored to my client as a whole person, taking into account both physical and non-physical factors that might be affecting their well-being. The majority of my clients find it works for them and feel great benefit.
