This special session will focus on the gentle and complex sounds and resonances of a range of large gongs to create a calming and yet powerful sonic meditation under the subtle and tranquil light of the candles in this beautiful setting.

The expansive harmonics and deeply therapeutic tones of the gongs can send you on a journey unlike any other instrument. The sounds of the gongs can take you beyond just mild relaxation and provide a deep and immersive connection with the sounds on both an audible and physical level.

The candles provide a peaceful visual element to the experience, bringing the sights and sounds together as one.

I run a wide range of sound meditation sessions in the local area and in London, including Kew Gardens.

NEW SPECIAL EVENT GONGBATH IN HORSHAM.

Due to the immense popularity of the Holbrook soundbath sessions for January and February which have sold out, I have added a new special event in Horsham, a gongbath at North Heath Hall on Friday 27th February at 7pm.

I ran one of these sessions late last year and it was very popular and sold out quickly. The bigger hall at North Heath allows me to present a much larger range of gongs for you to create a very different and powerful sonic experience.

This is a rare opportunity to experience a wide range of gongs combined together to create a deeply relaxing and calming sound journey session.

The power of the gongs!

Thank you so much to everyone who came to one of the sound journey sessions this weekend where I had the great privilege of unveiling the trio of extra large gongs for the first time. Each setting was very different and the gongs worked beautifully, each with their own distinct sound.

My wish is for people to feel the physical vibrations of the sounds of these gongs and to add an additional sensory element to the experience of a sound meditation.

For those that came to White Eagle Lodge (Gong Nidra), Green Door Centre (Bosham), Cranleigh Arts Centre, and to last nights session at Quinnettes Barn, I hope you all enjoyed these new sounds.

I will continue to keep variating the instruments used for each session but these new gongs will feature prominently within the sound set up for the sessions in the near future.

Sunday relaxation: gongbath with 5 gongs in a beautiful and tranquil historic building.

Take time aside for yourself today to relax and unwind with the gentle and yet powerful sounds of the gongs.

I am delighted to announce that I now have my trio of extra large gongs which will act as the centre point for this sound meditation. I have decided that this session will be a gongbath, i.e. will completely focus on the 5 gongs present at this session to give a different and unique introduction to this new gong combination and to give the opportunity for a deep and immersive experience.
There are just afew spaces left for this evenings session at Quinnettes Barn in Churt at 5pm.

Tranquility Breaks: Free 5 minute Sound Meditations Online.

I am delighted to be able to offer 9 short sound meditations on my YouTube channel. The aim is to promote the idea of giving time to yourself every day to sit somewhere quietly and to listen and meditate to the sounds, helping to bring you into a state of balance and peace. Even 5 minutes a day can have a huge benefit over time on your wellbeing and ensure that you stop, reset and then restart your day in a calmer and more grounded place.

The videos are set in different locations and each sound file focuses on a specific instrument including various gongs, chimes and singing bowls.

Sounds in Nature: Soundbath Session in Kew Gardens for 2026.

I am delighted to be returning to run soundbath sessions at Kew Gardens again in the magnificent Nash Conservatory.

These sound meditation sessions create the perfect synergy between therapeutic sound and the natural environment allowing for a deeply relaxing multi-sensory experience.

I use a wide range of instruments with a series of large gongs and extensive range of singing bowls as the centre piece to create a gentle, yet complex soundscape.

The events start in February this year and the space will be heated to add to the comfort of the session.

This will be my 4th year playing at Kew and so far every session in the last 3 years as sold out. I am really looking forward to another season of sound meditations sessions in this stunning location.

Drumming Circle and Closing Gongbath, at Cowdray Hall Midhurst.
Sunday 22nd February, 3pm

This session will involve a 90 minute drumming circle followed by a 30 minute gongbath with a single magnificent 42 inch gong.

This is open to anyone interested in experiencing the power of collective drumming. For health, wellness and meditation.
