Yoga with Jess

Jess Mason is running a yoga class at 11am on Fridays in term time at Grayswood Village Hall. The style of yoga is vinyasa, in which movement is linked with the breath. This is not a gentle class. Come along to breathe, stretch, get warm, get strong, have a play with some fun poses, maybe even get upside down! Carve out some time for yourself and fire up your energy for the weekend.

The price is £13 for drop in, £11 if you sign up for a half term block. First class is free so you can try it out, use the code YOGAMEHAPPY when you book.
