Nicky is our integrative counsellor, BSc (Hons), supervisor and member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP Snr. Accredited).

Nicky offers counselling to individuals with a warm, caring approach to problem solving and healing. Nicky appreciates that counselling can seem really daunting, especially for those who have not undertaken it before thus allows for a free preliminary session to allow time for both to discover if your happy about working with each other.

Her Integrative work considers each client's individual needs. Nicky helps with a variety of issues such as, depression, anxiety, stress related issues, post-traumatic stress, self-esteem, anger management, worried about children or other family members, experiencing relationship difficulties, suffering illness or bereavement, experiencing employment difficulties, facing retirement, suffering, or suffered abuse or struggling with eating disorders

Orthotic News...
For those who haven’t met Andrew Wilson-Smith, he is a registered Osteopath and a specialist in bio-mechanical foot disorders, he has been prescribing orthotics for over 30 years. After an initial consultation and examination, he will advise if you need an ‘off the shelf’ orthotic or a custom made device. He works closely with LBG Medical, Europe's Leading Manufacturer of Custom Orthotics.
