Here is his bio:
"Having always participated in some form of sport or outdoor activities since joining the Royal Navy. I discovered Pilates in 2005, through pain and discomfort, as many of us do. It has been a journey of continuous improvement in my own practise and I feel I have resolved my own lower back issues to the extent that I am largely pain free. Looking back over an active life I wish I had learnt and practised Pilates before all of it, as I understand now, it would have been a foundation to it all that I have participated in (Karate, boxing, rugby, rock climbing) Since embarking on my teacher training journey, I have gained further insight into the Pilates method and the importance of the connections that we make in our bodies as we perform the exercises. Working from the core outwards makes so much more sense when you make the connections happen and it makes the Pilates method so effective. Insightful teaching guides the client to discover how their body moves and feels for themselves. Apply and keep in mind the Pilates principles and what we do becomes more than just exercise. "
