Getting ready for bed isn’t just about brushing your teeth… especially if sleep doesn’t come easily 🤍

If you’ve been struggling to switch off, you’re not alone.
The 2am tossing and turning.

Here are 3 gentle ways to use lavender essential oil to support better sleep:

✨ 1. Diffuse before bed
Add 6–8 drops of lavender to your diffuser and let it run for 30 minutes before you get into bed. It creates a calm, soothing atmosphere that encourages deep relaxation.

🛁 2. Add it to a warm bath
Mix 4–6 drops of lavender essential oil with 20ml of blending oil (give it a good shake), then add to a warm bath and swirl before stepping in. Perfect for calming both body and mind.

🌙 3. Apply to your pillow
Add 2 drops to the corner of your pillow (away from where your face rests). A simple ritual that can make a big difference.

The scent of lavender is like a sigh of relief… with 89% feeling more relaxed before bed.

For Sleep Awareness Week, we’re sharing 3 simple ways to create a calming bedtime ritual with Lavender Essential Oil:

✨ Diffuse: Add 6–8 drops to a diffuser to fill your bedroom with a soothing aroma 30 minutes before bed.

✨ Relaxing Bath: Mix 4–6 drops of Lavender essential oil with 20ml of blending oil, shake well and swirl into warm the water, and breathe in the calming scent.

✨ Pillow Tip: Add 2 drops to a corner of your pillow, away from where you lay your face, to be gently surrounded by lavender’s relaxing aroma.

💡 Safety Note: Never use essential oils neat on your skin.

Take a deep breath, let go, and drift into restful sleep. 🌙💧
