Veena & The Moon
This Body Awareness & Sound Bath is a gentle space to slow down, soften, and let your nervous system rest.
Through breath, awareness, and the vibrations of the sound bowls, the body is guided into a calm, regulated state where it can release tension and reset. With regular practice, this helps the nervous system become more familiar with calm, making it easier to manage stress and return to balance.
You do not need to do anything. Simply lie back, receive the sound, and allow your body to do what it naturally knows how to do.
