Today, at Satin Healthcare, we will take a moment to remember and honour the bravery, dedication, and sacrifice of all those who have served in the armed forces.

We will reflect with gratitude for the freedoms their service has given us and pause at 11 am to observe a moment of silence, remembering those who gave so much.

Lest we forget.🌺

World Mental Health Day

Today, let's come together to raise awareness and break the stigma around mental health. Remember, it’s okay to not be okay. Too often, we feel like we have to stay strong and hold it all in, but real strength comes from speaking up and asking for help when we need it.

Whether you’re facing your own challenges or supporting someone else, reaching out can make a world of difference. Talk to a friend, a coworker, or a professional—there’s always support, and you are never alone.

Let’s keep the conversation going, not just today but every day.
