Naughty elves love mischief, but a locked defib is no joke.

Ambulance Services use The Circuit to guide people to the nearest usable defibrillator, but Christmas closures can mean this lifesaving equipment is suddenly out of reach.

Before the festive break:
✅ Review your defib’s details on The Circuit: https://thecircuit.uk
✅ If it will be behind a locked door, mark it as unavailable
✅ If it’s accessible 24/7, record a status check to give Ambulance Services confidence that it is still available
✅ Give your defib a quick winter check (pads and battery)

This Christmas, don’t leave your community stuck outside, make sure your defib stays rescue ready!

New studies add insights on the neffy epinephrine spray. In one, researchers examined whether the reflex to sniff after using the spray would impact drug absorption. Reassuringly, it didn't. Other studies:
• Neffy held up very well in extreme temperatures. At 122 degrees F over 2 months, it retained significantly better potency than auto-injectors.
• Another study found that if you need a 2nd sprayer in a reaction, it's best to use the same nostril.
