I always give reminders 24hrs before so please if for any reason you can't keep your appt please do let me know so we can reschedule and I can book people in your place.
I know life happens and I'm very understanding so even on the day of the appt if something comes up please let me know too.
I've had a few this week and it's upsetting tosay the least.
Cancellation prices are the full amount if no communication between us.
