The Blessing

For just the third Saturday in January,
the second week of opening The Grand Portal,
I was welcomed by a total array of beautiful people –
beautiful understanding,
souls who appeared with admiration for my work, my plans,
my seeking, my being seen.

I ended my workday feeling rich.
Wealthy – not through the world of physical money,
not the kind of busy that shows itself in a bank account,
but rich in another way entirely.

I was busy with presence.
With connection.
With the wealth of beautiful individuals
and the colour of energy they brought into the Portal.

It was as if each human was a flower,
and the array of colour became the most exquisite bouquet
the universe could send me.

I gave freely.
And they responded beautifully.

Today’s blessing was an array of colour
that I felt I simply had to write about.
