It wouldn't be surprising to feel bedraggled by life in the world just now. If we do not feel mentally resilient we fear we could succumb so easily to despair. I have learned that talking deeply and honestly can provide a sanctuary, or battleground, where we can believe and hope that sometime soon we will be able to contend with it all.
