Trust, Gravity & Growth ✨✨✨
Last night’s hoop practice reminded me how far I’ve come — not just in strength or shapes, but in trust.
We flowed through a sequence — coffin, faint, hip hold, the climb, birdy, mini mill wheel, some under hoop moves, Delilah — and somewhere between the spins and the breathers, I realised how much the hoop mirrors life (and healing).
It asks for surrender and strength, flow and fire, balance and breath.
It teaches that gravity isn’t the enemy — sometimes you let it hold you, other times you rise to meet it.
And when Cherry supported my climb, I felt that deep reminder:
we don’t always have to do it alone.
Support doesn’t mean weakness — it’s part of the dance. The same is true in healing — there are times to lean in, to receive, to be witnessed, and times to stand in your own power and lift yourself higher.
None of this sequence was perfect, but it was real.
A reflection of what happens when we show up, trust the process, and keep breathing through the wobbles.
The hoop continues to teach me what I share through Hazeology — that healing and embodiment are journeys of surrender, strength, and connection.
With love and gratitude,
Hazel 🤍
