𝓡𝓮𝓶𝓮𝓶𝓫𝓮𝓻, 𝓻𝓮𝓶𝓮𝓶𝓫𝓮𝓻 𝓽𝓱𝓮 5𝓽𝓱 𝓸𝓯 𝓝𝓸𝓿𝓮𝓶𝓫𝓮𝓻…

As the sun was setting we headed outside for sparklers that lit up the evening with excitement and shimmering sparks ✨ Everyone enjoyed the delicious chocolate apples, and cinnamon swirls they made, along side comforting hot chocolates ~ the perfect treat on crisp autumn evening.

Adding to the magic our staff & their families joined the celebrations... and of course our Guy too!

We’ve had such a great day, jam packed with activities for all. We had fun making our very own Penny for the Guy! Which brought plenty of laughter and old-school memories flooding back.

We’ve also been getting creative with some firework themed arts & crafts — lots of colour, and sparkle everywhere! Before heading outside for sparklers (stay tuned for pictures) 📸

The Big Brother Buzz Off ‍✂️

A Brother to one of our residents came to us with the idea of fundraising for the residents at Streatfeild House.

Anyone who knows Peter Dove will tell you - he’s rarely seen with anything but a neat, short haircut. So when Pete came to us with an idea to grow his hair long and shave it all off to raise money for Streatfeild House Care Home, we knew he meant business!

Since July, Pete’s been letting his hair grow wild — something completely out of character for him — and sharing progress photos along the way. It’s been a real talking point and a source of laughs, but behind it all is a huge heart and a meaningful reason

Pete is raising money for Streatfeild House care home, where his much loved Sister lives and a place that is special to him and his family.

This December, Pete will be taking the plunge and shaving it all off down at the pub, surrounded by friends and supporters cheering him on.

Pete is not only a devoted brother to Carol but also Streatfeild House’s number one fan — and now, he’s putting his head (literally!) on the line to make a difference.

Let’s get behind him and show our support for this genuine, caring man who’s doing something truly selfless. Any donation, big or small, will make a huge impact.

Behind the scenes of the brain cake 🧠 We had lots of fun making this spooky cake. Despite its odd look it tasted delicious, dark chocolate ganache, and strawberry sauce!

𝖂𝖊 𝖍𝖆𝖉 𝖆 𝖘𝖕𝖔𝖔𝖐𝖙𝖆𝖈𝖚𝖑𝖆𝖗 𝕳𝖆𝖑𝖑𝖔𝖜𝖊𝖊𝖓 𝖈𝖊𝖑𝖊𝖇𝖗𝖆𝖙𝖎𝖔𝖓!

Our residents & staff truly outdid themselves ~ from frightfully fun costumes to creative decorations, everyone brought amazing energy and Halloween spirit 💀🕸️🕷️

We indulged in a decadent 4 course spooky themed meal, complete with ghoulishly good drinks. The atmosphere was filled with laughter, fun, and just the right amount of fright!

To top off the day, we enjoyed some games and a classic movie watching Ghostbusters ~ the perfect ending to a fang-tastic celebration! 🖤🎃
