Lions Mane - think of it as your nervous systems best friend. An increasing number of us are showing interest in this fungi; it is something many are already ingesting regularly in various forms. I will of course argue that chocolate is the best way!
Following rapidly growing interest, some initial small scale human studies are proving promising.

Yes there are brain benefits but it is worth considering that your nervous system has two major branches. The Central ( Brain/Spinal) and The Peripheral ( basically everything else, organs etc) Both systems have limited or slow ability to heal/regenerate and occuring nerve damage can go unnoticed which over time can present problems.
