Yesterday we heard the sad news that John Barnes had passed away. He is the American physio who developed the Myofascial Release treatment that we specialise in.
John literally changed my life, and I feel very honoured to have been taught by him. Everything that we do at Holisticare is founded on his principles, and we are proud to continue his work.

We are loving watching the Women's 6 Nations rugby at the moment, but it does make us think about all the injuries that the players are picking up. We treat a lot of ex-rugby players, whose aches and pains are often related to the knocks and injuries sustained while they were playing.
So if you know a rugby player (ex or current) whose body is seizing up, ask them to get in touch to find out how we can get them moving again.
