I've decided an update for the website and social media was needed from my previous 2021 photo. There are a few more lines, curlier hair and I'm achieving more sleep now my youngest is almost 3!

My name is Helen and I'm a Paediatric Speech & Language Therapist, working with children and young people in mid Essex.

I travel to your home or education setting to offer support.

I've recently delivered training sessions to a local nursery team focusing on supporting children in their settings with a range of needs including:

- Speech sound challenges
- Using and Understanding Language
- Supporting children's total communication - visuals, symbols and signs
- Supporting children with or waiting for a diagnosis of Autism.
- Gestalt Language Processing

January is coming to a close and it's been a good month overall for a teeny business like mine. Thank you to all the families and settings who have welcomed me in and I've hopefully been a help!
