Interpretations counselling and psychotherapy offers fully qualified, professional and experienced therapeutic services near to Chelmsford in Essex. I offer bespoke sessions and cater for individuals, couples and families that are wanting to explore aspects of their life, deal with a specific problem or trauma or just engage in a process of self-development and reflection. The duration of the work can be tailored to the client's requirements with short term counselling over a period of weeks and long term therapy spanning a course of months or years. The work I do is ethically and professionally maintained by the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), an association of which I am a registered and accredited member (Registry No. 088597). I place paramount importance on providing an emphatic service which is free from preconceptions, judgement and blame, whilst ensuring strictest confidentiality and safety for my clients.
