Omg 😲 I've seen it all now. With the support and understanding you can eat out and make your own choices. I don't believe we need the government to do this. As a woman I feel this is an insult. Slimming World has helped improve my knowledge.

Labour’s new obesity lead says restaurants should serve women smaller portions than men because they ‘need fewer calories’. Should restaurants really be monitoring how much we eat, or is that a step too far?

10 years ago I welcomed my baby girl in to the world.

I was pregnant while following the Slimming World plan and a Consultant. I can't believe it was 10 years ago. So much has happened in that time.
