Yesterday, Dolphin held an amazing Voice4All forum meeting.

Voice4All is a quarterly forum where supported people can come together, raise concerns, share experiences, and ask for changes that matter to them!

We had a really good turn out so thank you to everyone who attended and contributed your contributions help make meaningful improvements and help shape better support for everyone🐬

We’re incredibly proud to share that Park View has received an overall CQC result of GOOD, with OUTSTANDING for the Caring category! 🌟

This recognition reflects the compassion, dedication and hard work of our amazing team who go above and beyond every day to support the people who live with us. The inspection highlighted the strong, person-led culture at Park View, where individuals are supported to live fulfilling lives, maintain independence and feel truly valued.

Thank you to our staff, the people we support and their families for being such an important part of Park View and Dolphin Homes!

This week we are celebrating Neurodiversity Week!

At Dolphin Homes, we celebrate neurodiversity in all the practical ways we support people. We co-produce support plans and adapt individuals surroundings to best support their needs and wants.

We provide in-depth training to all staff whilst also catering towards learning needs with fidget toys, dyslexia colour overlays and different learning styles. We are also co-producing courses that will help bring awareness to lived experience.

This is a really important week to recognise, celebrate, and continue learning!

We’re taking on the Chichester Priory Rotary Club Dragon Boat Race 2026!🐉

The Dolphin Homes team is hitting the water to raise money for Cancerwise, a brilliant local charity supporting people across our community who are living with cancer.

We’ve set ourselves a £1,500 fundraising target, and with your help we know we can get there! 💙

We may not be expert paddlers… but we are determined to make a splash for an amazing cause!

Every donation helps CancerWise continue offering counselling, therapies and vital support to individuals and families when they need it most.

Last night we had the privilege to head over to Birmingham to support our very own Aimie at the Great British Care Awards National Finals!🥳
We had an amazing night and it was great to see so many worthy finalists there across all sectors.
