Body Flow with Sarah There will be a strong emphasis on learning about your own body and the connection between your mind and your movement.

I am a professionally trained and accredited yoga and dance teacher who draws inspiration from yoga, Pilates, Alexander Technique, Laban efforts, Animal Flow and dance into my 60 minutes classes. During the class you will be expected to develop your strength and flexibility through flowing poses, explore basic breath work and enjoy relaxation techniques. The class is aimed at both beginners and those with experience, options for all!
