We are please to announce we have two ‘OPEN DAYS’ here at Ty Cyfle and we would welcome any new perspective new young people who are looking to move on then please do call in for a coffee and a chat, take a look around and speak with our wonderful team

The times are 10am until 3pm on each of the days, if these times don’t suit just please drop us a message and we can arrange a time and day that suits you

Ty Cyfle, is a Supported Living Home that has 10 en suite bedroom's.
We will provide accommodation, training and employment opportunities for young adults with additional learning needs & disabilities.

Here at Ty Cyfle we provide Supported Living for adults with autism, behaviours that challenge and additional learning needs.

We can also work with transitioning from children services to adult services from the age of 17. Our wonderful team of staff will ensure that they make this transition as smooth as possible a person centred way.

If you have a young person who is living at home and wanting to live as independently as possible and having help on hand 24 hours a day wanting to make new friends then Ty Cyfle is just the place. Please read our attached brochure to see what we have to offer.

Ty Cyfle are currently taking referrals and would welcome any new young people to come and have a look around.

We are holding two open days very shortly so please keep your eyes peeled for more information...
