✨💚 Free Chair Yoga - Wednesdays ( Ty Curtis St Davids at 4:30 pm)+ Thursday ( Cosheston at 10 am and Hubberston at 12 pm)+Fridays ( Camrose at 1 pm)
‼️From next year we will keep just 2 sessions per week according with attendance this year . Have a guest which classes we will keep ☺️.‼️
Chair Yoga is a supportive option for those who want the benefits of yoga without getting up and down from the floor.
Classes focus on gentle movement, stretching, balance, and breathing, all done with the support of a chair.
This class is especially helpful for anyone managing joint discomfort, balance concerns, recent injury, or limited mobility.
We use a variety of props from class to class like blocks, myofascial release balls, straps, and even resistance bands.
Many people also choose Chair Yoga simply because it feels accessible and manageable (or even just for the friendly community!)
