Clients often message me the next day to say they slept SO well after their massage.

This is because during a holistic massage the parasympathetic nervous system is activated, lowering cortisol; promoting deep rest and relaxation. Also chronic pains that can interfere with a good night sleep are generally improved to feel more comfortable.

And we all know how much better we feel when we get good sleep. 😴

This was their 33rd appointment. This morning I have been with a client who’s received a 90 min massage every three weeks for over two years. Now that’s what I call a regular massage.

Their treatment is so impactful that it doesn’t get side lined amongst the busy-ness of life, its non-negotiable, part of the pain management for Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Knowing my anatomy inside out is crucial, as they like deep tissue in the right places - with extra precaution for the osteoporotic bones. 🦴 💀
