At FRIO, we’re proud to stand with the global community in recognising the impact of diabetes in the workplace. This year’s theme highlights how far too many people living with diabetes still face stigma, discrimination and inadequate support at work.

❌ 40% of employees with diabetes reported negative treatment at work.
❌ 1 in 3 considered leaving their job because of how they were treated.
❌ 28% said they’d been denied breaks/time off for diabetes management.
