Congratulations to our amazing hygienist Charlotte for being selected as a finalist in this year's Private Dentistry Awards!

Charlotte possesses excellent patient care. She is caring, welcoming, friendly and approachable. As a practice we have noticed a positive change in patients’ attitude towards dental hygiene. It is great to see patients caring about their oral health and understanding the importance and value of maintaining a healthy mouth.

As well as being hard working Charlotte is also such a pleasant member of the clinical team. Charlotte is approachable, punctual, reliable and is supportive to all members of the team.

We appreciate Charlotte’s hard work, and we are delighted Charlotte has been selected as a finalist for the Dental Hygienist Team award. Good Luck Charlotte!

Traffic alert: Pembroke Dock gridlock as gas works start outside Aldi

Roadworks to fit new gas pipes at the Ferry Lane junction with the A477 began today. Within hours, queues built across the back roads into the pinch point. Drivers and key workers have reported long delays, and at times Pembroke Dock has been at a standstill.

Traffic has stretched along the A477 as far as Neyland, and across the Commons in Pembroke. The combination of lane restrictions and diverted local traffic has turned short hops into slow crawls.

The project is scheduled to run for 14 weeks. The aim is a safer, more reliable gas supply, but the short-term impact is heavy.

What this means for you

Allow extra time for school runs, appointments and deliveries.
Avoid the Ferry Lane and A477 junction if you can.
Use main routes rather than cutting through back streets, which are already clogged.
Check live traffic before you set off. If you planned a “quick nip to Aldi”, take a flask and patience.

If you are stuck in it now, tell us where you are seeing the worst delays, and we will share the picture with others.
