It’s not all about me.

Hi I’m Jon Adkin. I’m a hypnotherapist based in Haverhill Suffolk. I work in and around Suffolk, Cambridge and Essex. I specialise in Anxiety and Self belief/Confidence. I specialise in these areas as I’ve been there. Due to illness I lost a lot of self confidence and direction, but I didn’t want to end up on the scrap heap or let life beat me so with the help of hypnotherapy I very quickly pulled myself together and found my direction once again.

Now it’s my time for me to help others find themselves, to guide them on the next chapter of their life. Since I’ve qualified I have helped many people and I love walking down the high street when suddenly I’m accosted and given a big hug by someone whose life is so much better because we worked together.

I know what your going through. I understand the pain the hurt and the emotional turmoil. I’m here to say you're not alone. I’m here to help. I want to help and together we will get you through this and like a beautiful butterfly you will spread your wings once again.
