Last week we had two classes merged together which usually have very different vibes! CALM is slow and grounding, STRENGTH is energetic and lifting; so it was good for both groups to experience a bit of each others practice.

Pigeon pose is a super deep glute stretch and one that we use often in STRENGTH but we don't sink into strong sensations in CALM so this is how I introduced the pose to them and offered it in an accessible way for a room of mixed abilities.
