AW Lashford & Sons, an award-winning sausage manufacturer based in the Midlands since 1889, previously installed two AW-5600ATII weigh-wrap-labellers with linerless labelling.

“Since implementing the new weigh-wrap-label machines, our output has doubled, halving the time to pack our sausages. Ultimately allowing us the opportunity to expand and be more efficient.”

Utilising two machines, the first has an automatic infeed, linerless top and base labelling and a right hand side outfeed. The second AW-5600ATII as an overflow wrapper, again with linerless top and bottom labelling.
