Ready to feel more comfy in your body and calm in your mind? 💛

Our next 6-week block of yoga classes with Tracy is now open for booking! These classes are **beginner friendly** while also offering options and progressions for those with previous yoga experience — so you’ll feel supported and appropriately challenged wherever you’re starting from.

In classes this week we have found a moment to pause, to check in with our body and breath. We have noticed where we feel the breath moving in our body and just simply followed the breath.
Breathe in calm, breathe out ease.
We let those words guide us to keep our attention on our breathing.
It is common for the mind to become distracted but you can always start again and return to a quiet place.
The mindfulness of breathing is a tool you can use in your everyday busy life. It can help you sleep better too.

I am so thankful to come out on a dark January night and find warmth and peace with the Mighty Monday Night Yogis. Tonight we explored a practice which took our awareness into our fabulous feet. We rooted down in our practice to establish a strong foundation to grow each posture.
We shall do it all again on Wednesday Eve if you would like to feel grounded, supported and give yourself a spring in your step.
