The Zen Den are now offering in home treatments. Mondays - morning, afternoon and evening appointments available.

Choose from Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Indian Head or Sports Massage. Healing can be added on top of the treatment, to leave you feeling calm, grounded and rejuvenated.

A Lymph massage can also be added to your treatment to kick start that new year detox.

A discount is offered if the client supplies their own towels.

It is with regret I inform you that The Zen Den will be temporarily closing until next year so I can concentrate on other projects.

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of my clients for your support this year. You've all been so kind and a pleasure to treat.

I will be offering massage treatments at my home to established clients and referrals. If this is something you may be interested in, please do get in touch.

Until I open again (and I will!), keep an eye on the page for updates on my Etsy shop. All original designs, made to order, with the purpose of supporting The Zen Den through it's closure so I can come back bigger and better next year 😊

Deep tissue massages are used to break up scar tissue and break down muscle adhesions (the “knots” that we feel in our muscles are muscle adhesions, which are bands of rigid and painful muscle tissue). These knots can inhibit our circulation and cause pain and inflammation.
