It was an honour for the PPG to arrange this memorial for Dr Abdullah. He is still remembered and respected by so many and now, his legacy will live on in the surgery he loves. A huge thank you to Margaret Mullane for Dagenham and Rainham for paying for the plaque and for Havering’s ICB for all the support they have shown the PPG and the surgery. Lastly, thank you to the current management Operose for organising the food and refreshments for the event and for all their support.

Thank you The Havering Daily for publishing this story. It’s about time Rainham Health Centre is taken seriously by NHS England and Havering’s ICB. Patients and staff deserve better.

The Chair of Rainham Health Centre Patients Participation Group, Fay Hough, has raised concerns regarding the situation at Rainham Health Centre in Upminster Road South.

On Thursday 21st August we will be stationed in reception of the health centre from 12-2pm talking to patients about the PPG (Patients Participation Group.)
