I like to think of recovery as doing a jigsaw. There will be no one magical solution that will rid you of your illness; it will be a combination of small steps. Finding the right pieces for you is key, as we are all different and need different things.
If you're lucky, it will be a chunky kids' jigsaw with a few big pieces, or maybe it will be more of a challenge, and all you have now is a mixed-up pile and you don't know where to start.
So, where do you start? Well, it doesn't really matter as long as you do. You can always try a different piece later on.
